Speaker’s Bureau

This is an HTML website that looks like it was created in Drupal. All edits to the Speaker’s Bureau website are sent by Community Affairs. Once you are done with the changes, Community Affairs reviews the links and will let you know when you can make the changes live.

1. Add the task to Projtrak for notification purposes.
2. Send the copy to be proofread.
3. Review any proofreading edits with Arlana.
4. Send the corrected copy to the lab so they can build the HTML pages.
5. Once the pages are built and you have checked them, send Jessica a link to review the changes.
6. Once she approves, note this in Projtrak with the request to make the changes live.
7. Note these changes in FileMakerPro.
